1. How far to the beach? You are there!
2. How are the bedrooms configured? The
Master suite has a king sized bed. On the entry level there is a bedroom
with a queen sized bed. Besides the Master bedroom on the second floor
are two more bedrooms -- one with a queen & one with both a queen & a
double sized bed. On the top floor there two more bedrooms --another large
one with a double and a queen sized bed and one with another queen sized
bed. So there are 6 bedrooms with a total of 8 large beds. Also there is
a sofa bed in the Living Room.
3. Any crib? There is a crib available if
so required.
4. How far to the airport? The Daytona Beach
airport is just 20 minutes away, and the Orlando airport is about 70 minutes
away.
5. How far to Disney world? About one hour.
6. What are the rates? Go

7. How about fishing? Surf fishing just
steps from your back door.
8. Is there cable tv and telephone? Yes.
9. Are linens and tableware provided? Yes.
10. Parking? There is a large driveway
and a two car garage to accommodate automobiles.
11. Is there driving on the beach near the SandCastle BeachHouse? The beach driving areas include an area which is 3 miles north on the beach and another which is 3 miles to the south. So no one will have a car on the beach within two miles of your vacation home.
12. What's this about Sea Turtles? We support Turtle Conservation - save the turtles and save your wallet! Click here for more information about the Turtle Lighting Abatement which could cost you a $1500 fine which, if assessed, will be deducted from the security deposit.
13. Do you allow pets? No Pets ARE NOT allowed.
14. Can I have my Wedding / Reception at this property? No weddings, receptions or other such parties may be held here. Please remember that this is a private home and in consideration for the neighbors and the facility we cannot allow such functions. Of course, it is a great place for the Honeymoon!
